Valentine’s Day is not only celebrated by adults, but it is also a fun celebration for kids as well. - Bake heart-shaped cookies for your kids class or sports team. You can either decorate them at home with your kid or if you want to make a party out of it, then take the baked cookies to your kids school with cookie toppings and decorations and have the whole class or team decorate the cookies.
- Have kids dress up in Valentine’s Day colors (red, pink and white) and also have them eat all things red that day. A few healthy and festive red food ideas are, watermelons, strawberries, cherries, apples, and raspberries.
- Writing “I love you” on heart-shaped cutouts and handing them out to fellow classmates, teammates and or family members is also a nice idea.
