However, if you&#8217;re someone who&#8217;s all about eating healthy and making sure that kids eat healthy too, there are other alternatives as to what you can give out on Halloween night. Below is a list of some alternatives to candy that you can hand out to kids on Halloween.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Fruits<\/em><\/strong>. Check out your local grocery store for small packs of fruit or even small fruit cups. Yes, it&#8217;s not candy but at least it&#8217;s sweet, delicious and healthy!<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Dairy<\/strong><\/em>. With so many types of dairy products are the grocery store, you&#8217;ll have a variety of choices to choose from. You can handout snacks like string cheese, tubes or cups of yogurt, or even little boxes of chocolate milk. Not only are these treats delicious but they&#8217;re also healthy and provide kids with the calcium they need.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Toys<\/strong><\/em>. Halloween treats don&#8217;t always need to be in the form of sugary candies and sweets, they can also be toys for kids to play with.
