Eating vegetables is important because they provide your body with the key nutrients your body needs to stay healthy and strong. The great thing about vegetables is that you can add them to just about anything you make whether it’s a hamburger, pasta, salads or even a smoothie.

The great thing about salads is that you can add everything such as vegetables, fruits, and meat. Plus you have various greens you can use for a base such as spinach, lettuce, kale or even arugula. Another great thing about eating salads is that they’re mostly light so you can save some room to eat some dessert too!

Tip #4: Now that you’ve added vegetables to your diet, it’s equally important that you add fruits too! Eating fruits is another way you can make sure that your body is getting some key nutrients. The one great thing about fruits is that you can eat them any way you like from cutting them and eating them just as is or putting them in a salad or even making smoothies out of them.
